Lechelle is Munro Partners’ Head of Operations, Compliance and Risk.

Lechelle has 20 years’ experience in financial services including across risk and compliance, investment governance, product and communications. As Head of Operations, Compliance and Risk at Munro Partners, Lechelle manages fund operations and the company’s governance, risk and compliance risk framework. Prior to joining Munro Partners, Lechelle worked at Ironbark Asset Management as the Investment Governance Manager and prior to that as the Product and Communications Manager.

Lechelle has a Bachelor of Business (International Business & Marketing) from Edith Cowan University and holds a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning from FINSIA.
