Elena Huggins joined Munro Partners in October 2024 as the Compliance Officer.

Elena helps to maintain and enhance the firm’s compliance and risk frameworks in accordance with Australian, New Zealand and Canadian regulatory obligations. Reporting to the Head of Operations, Compliance & Risk, she assists in the ongoing development and implementation of policies, monitoring programs, and training initiatives that help ensure Munro’s governance and regulatory standards are upheld across the business.

Elena holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from the University of Melbourne.
