Michelle is a partner of national law firm Maddocks. She was the firm’s CEO between 2014 and September 2020.
Michelle is a highly regarded litigation lawyer. Her experience spans litigation, inquiries, and investigations for both private and public sector clients. Her status as a leading litigation lawyer has been recognised in legal directories such as the Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
Michelle was named one of the AFR’s 100 Women of Influence in 2015. She was the 2016 recipient of the Victorian Award for Excellence in Women’s Leadership and received the award for Executive of the Year in the 2016 Lawyer’s Weekly Women in Law Awards. In 2019 she was named as NSW Women Lawyers’ Change Champion of the Year.
Michelle is a non-executive director of several boards including the Chair of the Legal Practitioner’s Liability Committee, which provides professional indemnity insurance to Victorian lawyers and many of Australia’s national law firms.

Nick is a founding Partner and the Chief Investment Officer of Munro Partners.
Nick is responsible for the investment management of Munro’s key investment funds and the formulation and implementation of the proprietary investment process. Nick has been managing global long / short equity mandates for over 15 years.
Key career highlights include:
– Over 20 years working in financial services with 15 years funds management experience.
– 2005-2015, Head of International Strategy on the K2 Select International Absolute Return Fund.
– Member of the K2 Asset Management asset allocation and currency exposure committee.
– 2000-2005, Senior Analyst (Global Oil and Gas) at Deutsche Bank UK.
– 1996-1999, Manager Australian Equities for Commonwealth Financial Services.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and a Registered Representative of the Sydney Futures Exchange.

Ronald is a founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Munro Partners.
Ronald began employment with Munro Partners on 1 March 2016. He has over 18 years of financial services experience, the past 7 years with Munro and prior to that with his roles as Operations Manager at Eye Management Pty Ltd from 2007 and 2011 and in external audit at Ernst & Young from 1999 – 2007. From 2011 – 2016 Ronald was a Commercial Manager at Iluka Resources.
– Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, since 2002.
– Over 23 years’ experience working in, external audit, funds management and resources industries.
– Responsible for day-to-day operations, risk management and supervision of the fund and management company, and all third party service providers.
Ronald holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the CAANZ.

Ethan is the Chief Operating Officer at CI Global Asset Management (CI GAM) in Toronto Canada and oversees technology, operations, data & analytics, legal, compliance and client service.
Prior to this, Ethan held a variety of different roles at CI Financial with responsibilities spanning strategy, corporate development, technology and operations. He has been very involved in helping CI Financial execute against its three stated strategic priorities across all segments.
Prior to joining CI GAM in February 2021, Ethan worked at the Boston Consulting Group in Toronto where he was a core member of the Financial Institutions (FI) and Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practices.
He holds a joint Juris Doctor & Masters in Business Administration (JD/MBA) from the University of Toronto and an Honours in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
