India Anderson joined Munro Partners in August 2025 as the People Experience Administrator.

India supports the people & culture function through office management and by helping deliver a welcoming and organised workplace experience. Her role has a growing focus on supporting wellbeing and engagement initiatives.

Prior to joining Munro Partners, India worked as an Executive Assistant for EY and as a Flight Attendant with Qantas.
